The Seahawks have a new head coach in Pete Carroll and a lot of optimism for 2010. Matt Hasselbeck may not have the ability to lead a team like he did years ago, but he’s still the quarterback. Lofa Tatupu will greatly support the defense, as soon as the team gets him back from injury.

The Rams have number 1 pick Sam Bradford along with running back Steven Jackson and not much else. In the 2010 NFL Draft, Bradford was picked number 1 overall. With 36, he holds the NCAA record for touchdown passes by a freshman. He’s won a variety of other honors and may in fact prove very useful for the Rams as a team. Head coach Steve Spagnuolo is doing a good job however the Rams still are lacking talent in a variety of areas.
